Climate:

Humid climate with an average temperature of 27 C from the tropical rain forest of the Amazons.

Recommended Equipment:

Fishing equipment (Fly Fishing, Spinning or Casting and lures), light clothing (fishing gear), hat or cap, sunblock, sunglasses, swimsuit and shorts, trekking shoes, sandals and bug repellent.

Fishing season:

Sept – Nov

Day 1:

Arrival and introduction at Vásquez Cobo airport in Leticia. Land transportation to river port and traveling by boat to Kurupira floating cabins. Lunch and a 30 minute walk to Victoria regia. Dinner.
